AI Assessment: Scope and Terms

These are the terms for the $1,000 AI Assessment from Lost Midas LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Lost Midas”). They take effect when you, the person or business named on the payment, pay for the Assessment. Paying means you agree to everything below.

1. What you’re buying

An assessment of where AI can take the most time, cost, and friction out of your business, delivered as:

• An assessment session, about 90 minutes, with Jason Trikakis, to map your operations and workflows.
• A written report, delivered within about two weeks of the assessment session. It includes: where your business is losing time and money and what that costs with the math shown; a prioritized split of quick wins and larger projects; the specific AI tool recommended for each opportunity, what it does and roughly what it costs, or an indicative range where a custom build is needed; a step-by-step plan for the top quick win; and an outline of the next phase. You do not need to build anything to get value from the report.
• A review call, about 30 minutes, screen-share, to walk through every recommendation together and decide what is worth doing first. No pressure, no obligation.

The Assessment covers one business or business unit, agreed at the start of the assessment session. Any work beyond the report, building or implementing what it recommends, is a separate engagement, scoped and priced on its own.

2. Your part

You agree to take part in the assessment session and to give accurate, complete information about your operations. The quality of the report depends on it.

3. Scheduling and recording

You schedule the assessment session within 30 days of payment. The two-week delivery estimate for the report runs from the date of that session, not the date of payment, and is a good-faith estimate, not a fixed deadline. The session is recorded so the report can be produced accurately; if you would prefer it not be recorded, let us know beforehand. If the session is not scheduled within 30 days and you do not respond to a follow-up within a further 14 days, the engagement is closed and no refund is due.

4. Completing the engagement

You schedule the review call within 30 days of the report being delivered. The engagement is complete when the review call takes place, or 30 days after the report is delivered if you have not scheduled it, whichever comes first.

5. Fee

$1,000 USD, one time, paid in full up front through the payment link Lost Midas provides. Work begins once payment is received.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Full refund if you cancel before the assessment session. To cancel, email jason@lostmidas.com before the session takes place. Once the assessment session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, because that is when the work is done.

Lost Midas may end the engagement and refund the fee in full if it determines it cannot produce a useful report. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

7. Revisions

One round, if you believe the report materially missed something you disclosed during the assessment session. Put the request in writing within seven days of delivery. Disagreement with a recommendation is not grounds for a revision.

8. No guarantee of results

The recommendations in the report are professional opinions. Any figures for time or money saved are estimates based on the information you provide. Actual results depend on what you choose to implement and how. Lost Midas does not guarantee any specific savings, revenue, or return.

9. What this is and is not

The report is an operational assessment based on what you share. It is not legal, financial, tax, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Seek qualified advice before acting on any recommendation that has legal, financial, or compliance implications. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation before acting on it.

10. Your information

Lost Midas treats everything you share as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your written consent. This continues after the engagement ends. Lost Midas uses third-party software, including AI tools, to produce the report; your information is not used to train any third-party model. Lost Midas may use anonymized, non-identifying learnings in future work. See the Privacy Policy for more.

11. Ownership

You own the final report and the business-specific content in it. Lost Midas keeps ownership of all underlying frameworks, methods, templates, and tools used to produce it.

12. Liability

Lost Midas’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the fee you paid. Lost Midas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Entire agreement

This document is the entire agreement between you and Lost Midas for the Assessment. Any change to these terms must be agreed in writing by both parties.

14. Governing law

Nevada. Any disputes are handled in Clark County, Nevada.

15. Accepting these terms

Paying the $1,000 payment link constitutes acceptance of these terms. No signature is required. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to agree to these terms for the business named on the payment.
