Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lost Midas LLC (“Lost Midas,” “I”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use lostmidas.com and the AI Assessment and related services.

1. Information I collect

• When you book a call: your name, email, and anything you write in the booking form. Scheduling runs through Calendly.
• When you pay: your name, business name, billing address, phone number, and email, collected through the Stripe payment page. Card details go directly to Stripe; I never see or store them.
• During an engagement: information about your business operations that you share in the assessment session, which is recorded with your permission, plus any documents or materials you provide.
• When you visit the site:basic, aggregate analytics through Vercel Analytics — page views and general location, with no cookies and no tracking across other sites.

2. How I use it

• To schedule and run your calls.
• To produce and deliver your report.
• To contact you about your engagement.
• To process your payment and issue receipts and invoices.
• To improve how I work, using only anonymized, non-identifying learnings.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

3. Third-party service providers

I share information only with the providers I use to run the business, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe— payment processing.
• Calendly— scheduling.
• Google Workspace— email and calendar.
• Vercel— website hosting and analytics.
• Anthropic(Claude) and other AI tool providers — to help produce your report. Your information is not used to train any AI model.

I may also disclose information if required by law.

4. How long I keep it

As long as needed to deliver and support your engagement, and for a reasonable period after in case questions come up. Call recordings and working notes are kept only as long as they are useful for producing and standing behind your report, then deleted. You can ask me to delete your information sooner (see below).

5. Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information. Any third-party account credentials you authorize for tool integrations are stored securely on the server side, never in plain files. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but I treat your business information as confidential.

6. Your choices

Email jason@lostmidas.com to see what information I hold about you, correct it, ask me to delete it, or opt out of a call being recorded (tell me before the call).

7. Children’s privacy

Lost Midas is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy as the business evolves. If I make material changes, the effective date above changes, and for an active engagement I will let you know.
