Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lost Midas LLC (“Lost Midas,” “I”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use lostmidas.com and Full Circle and related services. It covers two kinds of information: yours, as a Lost Midas client or visitor, and your contacts’, which Full Circle handles on your behalf (section 4).

1. Information I collect

  • When you book a call: your name, email, and anything you write in the booking form. Scheduling runs through Calendly.
  • When you pay: your name, business name, billing address, phone number, and email, collected through the Stripe payment page. Card details go directly to Stripe; I never see or store them.
  • When you use Full Circle: information about your business that you share during setup and on our calls (recorded only with your permission), samples of your writing, access you grant to your CRM, calendar, email, and other tools, and the contact data described in section 4.
  • When you visit the site: basic, aggregate analytics through Vercel Analytics — page views and general location, with no cookies and no tracking across other sites.

2. How I use it

  • To schedule and run your calls.
  • To set up, run, and maintain Full Circle for you.
  • To contact you about your subscription.
  • To process your payment and issue receipts and invoices.
  • To improve how I work, using only anonymized, non-identifying learnings.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

3. Third-party service providers

I share information only with the providers I use to run the business, and only what each one needs:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Calendly — scheduling.
  • Google Workspace — email and calendar.
  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
  • Anthropic (Claude) and other AI tool providers — to write and answer messages in your voice. Your information is not used to train any AI model.
  • A text-messaging provider and an email-sending provider — to deliver the messages Full Circle sends for you.
  • Your CRM and connected tools — Full Circle reads from and writes to the tools you connect, with the access you grant.

I may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Your contacts’ information

To run Full Circle, I handle information about the people in your database on your behalf: names, email addresses, phone numbers, property and transaction details, and the messages exchanged with them. For that information, you decide who is contacted and why, and I act as your service provider. I use it only to run Full Circle for you. I never sell it, never use it to market to anyone for anyone else, and never combine it with other clients’ data.

Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Anyone who receives a text can reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help; opt-outs are honored automatically. Message and data rates may apply.

When your subscription ends, you can ask for an export within 30 days; after that, your contacts’ information is deleted, except records required by law (such as opt-out records). If you are one of an agent’s contacts and want your information removed, email me and I’ll pass the request to the agent and stop messaging you.

5. How long I keep it

As long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period after in case questions come up (contact data follows section 4). Call recordings and working notes are kept only as long as they are useful for setting up and running Full Circle, then deleted. You can ask me to delete your information sooner (see below).

6. Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information. Any third-party account credentials you authorize for tool integrations are stored securely on the server side, never in plain files. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but I treat your business information as confidential.

7. Your choices

Email jason@lostmidas.com to see what information I hold about you, correct it, ask me to delete it, or opt out of a call being recorded (tell me before the call).

8. Children’s privacy

Lost Midas is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy as the business evolves. If I make material changes, the effective date above changes, and for an active subscription I will let you know by email.
